Learn alongside Government Study Commissioners

Greenville Residents have the unique opportunity to learn about their local government, right alongside commissioners.

The Government Study Commission completed their organizational meeting and now the real work beings. Tonight, June 28th, 2018, 7pm at the Greenville Senior Center, commissioners will being the arduous task of conducting the study they were elected to fulfill. The meeting schedule has been cleverly arranged thematically. To kick it off tonight: Borough Government in Pennsylvania, presented by Dr. Hirt, Greenville's Act 47 Coordinator. 

Meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend as the commission reviews materials and discusses the viability and potential benefits of adopting a Home Rule Charter.
