Fire Service Fee and Storm Water Utility Payment Portal Instructions and Link

You are able to make payment(s) by either an ACH Transfer or by a Credit/Debit Card. If you are paying by the ACH Transfer option, there will not be any additional fees assessed, but if you are making your payment with the Credit/Debit Card option, there will be an additional fee assessed. This fee is charged by and paid directly to the card processing host and not the Town of Greenville. The assessed fee is a percentage of your total amount due and will be provided after you have entered your information, but prior to the final submission step of the payment process. PLEASE NOTE: If you begin to process your payment and then decide not to finish processing the payment or back out of this process for any reason, you will need to contact the municipal office at 724-588-4193 prior to logging back into the payment portal.

When you click the BILL PAY link at the bottom of this page, you will be directed to a new page which is our online bill payment portal. Once you arrive at the new page, you will be given two options, located in the top right-hand corner. At this point, you must select either LOGIN or REGISTER.

LOGIN Option

This is for customers that have previously registered through our pay portal system. If you have not previously registered, you must select the REGISTER option first. You will be asked to enter your Username and Password to continue through the payment process. If you have difficulty, please contact the municipal office at 724-588-4193.

REGISTER Option

This is for customers that are using our pay portal for the first time. You will be asked to create a Username, enter your email address, create a Password, and Confirm your password. Next, you will be asked to make a selection from a drop-down menu “I have a(n):”. When paying your annual Fire Service Fee and Storm Water Utility Fee, you must select “Utility Statement” from the options. You will then be asked to enter your Account Number, which is located on the top portion of the statement. This is a six-digit number labeled Account No. (#) that does not include any symbols or spaces (example 55XXXX). Lastly, you will be asked to enter your Service Location. This is a 14-digit number located in the body of your statement. This must be entered exactly as it is listed on the statement, including the spaces (example: 55 xxx xxx xxx xxx). If your statement includes more than one service location, you may pick anyone to access your full account. Once you have completed the Registration, you will then need to choose the LOGIN option and officially Log into your newly created account to begin the payment process.
