ORDINANCE 1603

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GREENVILLE, MERCER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ADOPTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AS REQUIRED BY THE HOME RULE CHARTER.

BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Greenville, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same as follows;

ARTICLE ONE:  The Town of Greenville, a municipality of the County of Mercer, Pennsylvania hereby adopts the Administrative Code as required by the Home Rule Charter as adopted by the Town of Greenville voters during the November 5, 2019 municipal election and recorded in a separate Ordinance Book titled “HOME RULE CHARTER”; and

ARTICLE TWO:  This ordinance shall become effective at the expiration of 30 days after adoption.

ENACTED AND ORDAINED this 8th day of February, 2021.
