ORDINANCE 1594

 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF GREENVILLE, MERCER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, RECORDING THE ADOPTED HOME RULE CHARTER.

BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the Council of the Borough of Greenville, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same as follows;

ARTICLE ONE:  The Borough of Greenville, a municipality of the County of Mercer, Pennsylvania hereby records the Home Rule Charter as adopted by the Borough of Greenville voters during the November 5, 2019 municipal election and recorded in a separate Ordinance Book titled “HOME RULE CHARTER”; and

ARTICLE TWO:  This ordinance shall become effective upon passage.

ENACTED AND ORDAINED this 25th day of November, 2019.
