PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Borough of Greenville will hold a public meeting on:

Monday November 12, 2018 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm

The purpose of the meeting is to provide information regarding the Greenville Area Brownfields Assessment Program which includes Greenville Borough, Delaware Township, Hempfield Township, and Pymatuning Township. The Borough of Greenville was awarded a Brownfields Assessment Grant by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in 2017. The Borough of Greenville has partnered with the Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation and the Greenville Reynolds Development Corporation on this initiative.

An important aspect of this initiative is community involvement, and the community is invited and encouraged to attend this meeting and offer their input regarding the program. Representatives of Greenville Borough, the Greenville Area Economic Development Corporation, the Greenville Reynolds Development Corporation, and the environmental consulting team will be available to discuss the program, provide an update on the status of the program and sites selected thus far, entertain questions, and respond to community feedback on any topics of interest related to the Brownfields Assessment Program.
