Full-Time and Part-Time Police Officer
The Greenville Civil Service Commission will receive applications to create an eligibility list for the positions of Part-Time and Full-Time Police Officer.
Minimum Qualifications to take the Civil Service Test:
1. High school graduate or GED equivalent.
2. Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
3. Act 120 Certified under MPOETC or successful completion of Act 120 training and final exam.
4. U. S. Citizenship.
5. Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a Police Officer.
Qualifications required at the time of hire:
6. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
7. Must pass written, physical agility, medical, and oral examinations.
8. Must pass a criminal background check, driving background check, and drug test.
The physical agility test will be given on November 23, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM at the Greenville Fire Department, 111 East Avenue, Greenville, PA 16125.
